Privacy Policy

The short version

Your test scores never leave your device. We run cookieless analytics that tell us a page was visited but not who visited it. There are no accounts, no email signups, and no server-side database of results — so there is nothing about your testing for us to leak, sell, or hand over.

What we collect

Test results: nothing, on our side

Your attempts, averages, best scores, and history are stored in your browser's local storage and stay under your control. You can erase them at any time with the Reset button on either test page or by clearing your browser's site data. We never receive, store, or process them on our servers.

Analytics: aggregate, cookieless

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit each page, roughly where they come from, and what devices they use. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you across other websites. The raw logs are held by Cloudflare, our hosting and analytics provider, under their own privacy commitments.

Advertising: possibly, later, disclosed

The test pages include empty ad slots. If we enable advertising (most likely Google AdSense), the ad provider may set cookies and use device identifiers to show and measure ads, including personalized ads where you have not opted out. If that happens, this section will be updated before the ads go live, and the ads provider's own privacy policy will apply to its processing.

Cookies

As of the date above, ReflexTimer itself sets no cookies at all. If advertising is enabled in the future, third-party advertising cookies may appear and this policy will list them by name and purpose before they do.

Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short-lived technical logs of requests — IP address, browser type, and page requested — for security and abuse prevention. We do not join these logs to any testing activity, because no testing activity ever reaches us.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal test data, most data-access and deletion requests answer themselves: there is nothing on our side to access or delete. Your local history is yours to clear at any time. For anything else — including questions about analytics or hosting logs — email hello@reflextimer.com and we will help within the limits of what a static site can know.

Children's privacy

ReflexTimer is a general-audience site and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. The tests are safe to play; nothing is submitted anywhere.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works — advertising, new tests, or any feature that touches data — we will update this page before the change goes live, with the date at the top moved forward. Material changes will be called out in the text itself.
